What we process and why
When you submit the contact form, we process your name, company, work email, optional phone number and any information you provide. We use it to respond, arrange a product walkthrough and take steps before entering into a contract.
Technical data such as IP address, device information and security signals may be processed to protect the form and website. In the European Economic Area, analytics and marketing measurement run only after your consent.

Service providers and transfers
We use hosting and technical service providers. Web3Forms transmits contact form submissions, Cloudflare Turnstile or hCaptcha protects the form from abuse depending on the active configuration, and Google tools provide measurement after consent.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers rely on the provider’s appropriate legal mechanism, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Retention
We retain contact correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any cooperation, normally no longer than three years after the last communication. Web3Forms states that it does not store submission content and deletes operational logs within two months. We retain your cookie choice for one year. Analytics retention follows the configuration of the tool used.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, request data portability and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at the email above.
